Fitness for Active Aging Gathering
Join Green Racing Team athlete, Hallie Grossman will teach stretches and introduce a circuit designed to introduce us to the Center's fitness equipment. Improve balance and stamina! Wear comfortable clothes and bring indoor shoes for the gym. $5 per person. Meet on the Activity Center Deck, bring lunch if you'd like to eat on the deck, or reserve for lunch at the COC Dining Hall (must reserve 24 hours prior, $11 for members)! Meet for lunch 12:00pm Program 1:00pm – 2:30 pm
