Help Make Housing More Affordable!

The Addison County Community Trust is holding its 3rd Annual Sip to Support Housing at Woodchuck Cider House (1321 Exchange St) on June 2nd. $12 in advance/$15 at the door goes directly to support ACCT's affordable housing programs, like:

• Developing new affordable rental properties, most recently the net-zero community at McKnight Lane in Waltham;
• Ensuring the hundreds of people who live in mobile home parks in Addison County have a place to call home;
• Providing down-payment grants for low- and moderate-income homebuyers, and keeping those homes permanently affordable for future generations;
• Enriching the lives of seniors, including 40 who live in affordable housing but also over a hundred who live in the surrounding communities, via the SASH ("Support and Services at Home") program.
