Hello Neighbors,

You may be interested in an upcoming seminar, offered by UVM's Center for Leadership & Innovation:

UVM's Center for Leadership and Innovation is offering a one-day on-campus seminar, Leading an Aging and Multigenerational Workforce, on Friday, September 30th.

Economic uncertainty, increased longevity, and changing perceptions of aging have dramatically changed how Americans view retirement. The majority of workers expect to keep working in some capacity beyond their retirement age. What does that mean for your workplace? How will you need to adjust to an aging staff – or lead teams that blend younger and older workers with differing needs, expectations, and agendas? How will these changing demographics affect productivity and the bottom line? This seminar will help you understand the dynamics of an aging workplace – and how to manage people in all stages of life.
