Rich Grogan is the new executive director of Community Capital of Vermont The Barre-based financial institution lends small and medium amounts to low- and medium-income entrepreneurs. He'll explain why their particular lending model is important and tell some stories of Vermont businesses that have benefited from Community Capital's loans.
