Please join the United Way of Addison County for the community celebration of H.E.L.P. - a youth prevention program designed to educate and empower students on the current opioid crisis.
Students in Addison County participated in 8 weeks of education and hands on workshops that resulted in the creation of 5 public service announcements (PSA's) about opioid prevention. The event will include the premier of all student-made PSA's, participation certificates and awards to the chosen winning team and PSA; which will be professionally edited to air on local and national television!
Each member of the winning team will be rewarded with the grand prize of Chromebooks! We will be recognizing all of our volunteer participants and education staff as well as awarding one school with a cash prize!
