Free Community Talk - Substance Use & Adolescent Brain

Michael Nerney, an internationally known consultant in substance abuse, will be speaking at Green Mountain College, Withey East Room, about how addictive drugs change the adolescent brain, why adolescents love risk-taking, and current trends in adolescent substance use. An expert with close to four decades of experience in psychopharmocology, adolescent chemical dependency, relapse prevention, gender differences in communication, and in managing violent incidents. Community members welcomed - parents, families, students are all invited.
