Registration for Kindergarten-Union Elementary School, Montpelier
April 11, April 12, April 13: 9:00 a.m. 1:30 p.m.

Montpelier residents are invited to register children who will be five years old on or before September 1, 2018. Please bring a copy of the following to the Union Elementary School office: 1 Park Avenue, Montpelier, Vermont.
-your child's birth certificate
-current immunization records
-proof of residency
