Community Talk at MoCo - Fermented Foods

Come one come all to a Community Talk at MoCo in Morrisville !
This coming Wednesday, March 28, 5-6p.m.
Dr. Betsy Perez will share her knowledge of fermented foods, such as yogurt, kimchi, sauerkraut, and kombucha. She will demonstrate in her own entertaining and engaging way how to make these foods, as well as discuss their health benefits. Do join us and bring a glass jar with a lid, if you would like take home a scoby/mother to start your own kombucha at home. All are welcome!
