Interested in learning about fruit tree pruning? Join Sarah Holland of Rivers Bend Design and Rachel Grigorian of Clark Brook Designs in a workshop that will have in-field training on pruning the many crabapple trees planted on the Warren School Grounds. In the workshop, you will learn the basic pruning methods that can be applied to a variety of our zone's fruiting trees and shrubs so you can go home and use what you've learned on your own property. The Workshop is $15 with 33% going to the PTO and will also support the school's landscape maintenance plan. The crabapple trees need our help to get back to a healthy condition.

The workshop will be on March 24th from 10am-2pm. There is no pressure to stay the full 4 hours, but we recommend staying for a minimum of 2. Please bring your own set of pruning shears, loppers, and hand saws if you have them. We will have a few ladders and bigger pruning supplies. There will most likely be snow so wear appropriate footwear and clothing. Please email riversbenddesign@gmail.com to reserve a spot. Hope to see you there!
