Clark Brook Designs, LLC is a locally based Landscape Design and Build company here in the Mad River Valley. This coming year, we are looking for dedicated team members who want to expand their experience in the landscape field and work outdoors in our labor department 3-5 days a week. We are currently looking for both an experienced Landscape Crew Leader and landscape crew members to join our 2024 crew. Both positions are offered at part time or potential full-time between 20-35 hours/week and will run the length of the season starting late April/early May and ending at the end of October.
We offer competitive pay for our Crew Leader starting at $28/hr based on experience and work ethic. Our crew members start at $23/hr. We can be flexible with scheduling based on the applicant's existing schedule and encourage parent's with typically difficult schedules to apply, as well as hard working college students home for the summer looking to gain experience in a nature-based field. Employee's in our company will gain knowledge of garden installation and maintenance and learn to identify native plants, pests, and other landscape issues. An interest in learning about design is fostered as well.

Has experience maintaining Landscapes and basic plant ID skills
Has a great attitude and willingness to learn
Can be flexible as our schedules change depending on the weather and season
Is respectful of co-workers and clients
Has a great work ethic and can work alone without supervision as a crew leader
Can lift 40+ lbs. frequently throughout the day
Can stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, and twist throughout the day
