Have you ever wished for a little guidance getting through a creative block? Are you looking to try a new way of doing things? Have you lost your creative voice? We'll go deep into body and mind to explore the unlimited potential of your innate creativity. Not just for artists, this workshop is for anyone wanting to hear, feel and see their own creative potential. No previous experience required.

Sometimes playful, sometimes deep diving, always liberating, this seven-week series will explore a variety of techniques to fan the flames of your creativity, intuition and vision. Yoga and meditation, breathing exercises, creative brain exercises, written exercises and creative movement will all help you build clarity and confidence. Each week students will leave with handouts and creative exercises to work on at home for further exploration beyond class time.
