VSAC’s free college & career planning events are coming up soon, with the first one on Saturday, March 17 at Saint Michael’s College in Colchester. Students and parents can choose from more than 15 workshops covering the entire college process, including creating a college list that fits your student’s needs and your family’s finances, how to apply, strategies for taking SATs and ACTs, writing an application essay that stands out, college costs and financial aid, scholarships, and more. Plus -- new this year – pathways to skilled trades, apprenticeships, internships, and certificate programs that don’t require a formal degree.
