Charcuterie Happy Hour

Erika Lynch of Babette's Table and Kate Hill founder and CEO of Grrrls Meat Camp (also Erika's mentor from France!) will be at the Taste Place to lead a charcuterie tasting. Sliced meats, bread, mustards, cornichons, paired with beers. Learn the history of butchering, the science behind curing, and how to pair these wonderful foods with drinks. $30 per person, please call the Taste place 496-3165 for any questions or to reserve a spot.
