Town Meeting March 6

Past event
Mar 6, 2018, 7 AM to 7 PM

Town Meeting allows us an opportunity to voice our opinions publicly, exercise our right to vote, support organizations we care deeply about, share a meal, and visit with people we may only see once each year. There’s something for everyone at this year’s Town Meeting!

 Polls are open from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. for Australian ballot voting.
 CHILD CARE is available from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. by donation in the preschool room. Donate generously to help these students earn money for their Washington DC trip!
 The Town portion of Town Meeting begins at 9:30 a.m.
 The best cooks in town bring their favorite recipes for a scrumptious pot luck lunch. Bring a dish that feeds 8 or a $5 bill.
 Share your ideas for topics for future issues with Signpost staff.
 Girl Scout cookies!
 Browse the Historical Society’s collection of quality publications for sale; think Mother's/Father's day gifts;
 The East Montpelier Elementary School meeting will follow the town’s meeting this year
 Bring dessert home with you. Our local Cub Scouts will have home-made treats for sale

Can’t make it this year? Call the Town Clerk’s office at 223-3313 X 202 to get an absentee ballot sent to you.
