The Times Argus hosted a community discussion on the opiate crisis on Monday at Montpelier High School, and the first part of the show is a continuation of that discussion. Guests will include Dr. Javad Mashkuri, medical director of the emergency department at Central Vermont Medical Center, and Barbara Gramuglia, an emergency room clinician who specializes in substance abuse.
