An Evening of Orchestra and Dance with Burlington Chamber Orchestra & UVM Dance Program Presenting Copland’s “Appalachian Spring”
March 3 & 4 at the UVM Recital Hall at 7:30 PM

Join us for an evening of orchestra and dance when the Burlington Chamber Orchestra and the University of Vermont Dance Program perform Copland’s Appalachian Spring on Saturday, March 3 and Sunday, March 4 at the University of Vermont Recital Hall. Both performances will be held at 7:30 pm. BCO Artistic Director Dr. Yutaka Kono will be conducting with Clare Byrne and Paul Besaw choreographing.

This collaboration between the University of Vermont Dance Department and Burlington Chamber Orchestra will also include a performance of Claude Debussy’s Prelude to the Afternoon of Faun and Yvonne Desportes Naissance d' papillon pour clarinette seule with Steve Klimowski as featured soloist on clarinet.
