The Planning Commission did not have a quorum on February 6th. Since they have some time sensitive material to discuss, they have called a SPECIAL MEETING for Monday February 12th. The PC normally meets for 2 hours, but the hope for this meeting is to keep it as brief as possible. The following items are on the agenda:
The RFQ has been sent out for review by folks. At the time of this posting the all of the comments received have been incorporated. The most current draft is available on the Planning Commission's page of the Town website (https://goo.gl/xCBn29). This draft and any additional comments will be discussed on Monday. The PC will also talk about the proposed process of hiring the consultant.
The Planning Commission will briefly discuss the status of the Natural Resources Overlay. The most current draft of the document is available on the Planning Commission's page of the Town website (https://goo.gl/xCBn29).
The DRB has agreed to meet later this month with the Planning Commission on the 22nd. The PC will discuss potential agenda items.
The PC would like to have a table at Town Meeting day and this will be discussed at the February 12th meeting.
