Town Meeting for College's 23,000 S.F. "Temporary" Building

Huge "Industrial" style 23,000. sf (new Town offices are 9,400 s.f ) "temporary" 10-12 year building to loom over Shannon St. to accommodate an estimated 62 staff members and over 100 students. Concerns include traffic, parking (no additional spaces will be provided to an already nearly full lot)Where will all these people park?. Storm water runoff ( will the State review the plans?). Noise from the mechanicals directed at Shannon St. and the Church. Are Act 250 permits required for a "temporary" building? These and many other concerns will be heard at the meeting. What if this was in your front yard? Would your other taxpaying friends and neighbors come out to support you?
