St. Albans Town invites you to participate in a working session on making walking and biking easier between the Town schools and the Collin Perley Recreation Center. The meeting will take place at the St. Albans Town Education Center Cafeteria on Thursday January 16 at 7:00 PM.

Funded by a grant award from the 2012 Vermont Agency of Transportation Bicycle and Pedestrian Program, the Town has hired a team led by Broadreach Planning & Design to study route and infrastructure possibilities. During the working session residents will have the opportunity to weigh in on the variety of alternatives for creating a bicycling and walking link between the schools and Collins Perley. The consultants hope to reach consensus among the meeting attendees on which alternative or alternatives are most appropriate. All are welcome to come and share thoughts about the project.

To view the project report, please visit the Broadreach Planning & Design website: www.broadreachpd.com and click on Projects/Current and then St. Albans.

If you can’t attend the working session or have questions about the project, please email Broadreach Planning & Design at bikeped@gmavt.net
