Craftsbury Saplings is teaming up with Hillside Farm in Albany (on Barton Rd) to host a Winter Ecology Picnic from 10:30am - 1pm this Sunday the 28th. Dress warmly, bring snowshoes if you have them, and come ready to learn about winter ecology and apple tree pruning. Saplings is providing chili and cocoa, available while it lasts! Everyone welcome!
On Monday the 29th, Saplings is hosting their monthly community dinner at the East Craftsbury Presbyterian Church, from 6:00 - 7:30. Pasta night, with a vegan sauce or a meat sauce, fresh baked bread, salad, and a potluck dessert. All are welcome!
