Come and Celebrate the Winter Solstice with a Sunday Aroma Yoga Reiki Class.
We incorporate the Relaxation of Restorative Yoga, Healing of Reiki, and whole body balancing with Essential Oils. We will share the warmth of winter with a heated studio floor, mmmmm!
and share intentions of the new year.
This is a great class to try if you've never tried yoga before, or are into Gentle Movements.
It is open to all abilities. Take some time In for you and join Diane Mariano and Marcie Lynn Taff for a fun, memorable class. This is also great to share with a friend or loved one.
