Acupuncture, Yoga Nidra & Crystal Healing Treatments

Recently, I adapted my acupuncture treatments that I offer to include Yoga Nidra and Crystal healing. This is a powerful trio that will enhance the healing process and nourish your body.

Acupuncture is an ancient healing modality that brings the body back into balance through the use of needles in certain points. Depending upon your needs, the stimulation of these points reminds the body of its own abilities to move blocked energy or nourish.

Yoga Nidra is a restorative yoga practice that focuses on 61 points in the body. It is a led meditation that allows you to relax deeply. Our bodies heal when the nervous system is calm.

Crystals are gifts from Mother Nature. Everything in this world is made up of energy and that energy is always seeking balance. Crystals because of their material are a very stable source of energy. The energy of our bodies is unstable, so when we hold a crystal our energy begins to attune itself with that frequency.

A treatment can be anyone of these modalities or all three. To schedule or for more information, please email ana@mountainrosevt.com or call 802-496-9204.
