Town of Lincoln Public Notice
Thursday, March 13, 2025, beginning at 6:30 pm at the Town Office (62 Quaker Street, Lincoln, VT) and virtually using Zoom
The Lincoln Development Review Board will hold public hearings for:
Subdivision Application #25-003 as requested by Ted & Amie Lawson and Jenny & Brian Bates on behalf of Alpenglow, LLC for their property located at 285 Marsters Road in Lincoln, VT, Parcel ID# 17-04-02-45.000. Description: to subdivide one lot into two lots, improving the newly created lot with a single-family residence.
Subdivision Application #25-004 as requested by Stephen Teach and Elizabeth Jewett for their property located on 152 Wolf Lane in Lincoln, VT, Parcel ID# 03-04-02-19.000. Description: to subdivide one lot into two lots, improving the newly created lot with a guest house.
Participation in the local proceedings is a prerequisite to the right to take any subsequent appeals. Please call the Zoning Administrator at (802) 453-2980 to arrange a time to view the complete applications.
