Come to the Essex Town Fire Station off Sandhill Road on MLK day from 1-3 and help make pet toys for us to give out at local food shelves. We will have silent auction items that are left for sale and play a children's movie while we make pet toys. We are asking people to bring a pet food donation or consider a monetary donation to Lucy's House to support what we do. Clean stray mismatched socks and catnip are also appreciated. Children are welcome but must be supervised. Park on the side of the building and come around back to the community room.
