The annual Christmas Tree curbside pickup, conducted in Vergennes and Middlebury, will be this Saturday,Jan 13th. (It was postponed from last week due to extreme cold) Please put your trees out on Friday night the 12th to ensure your tree is out on time for early morning pickup. Volunteers from the Middlebury Rotary and the Vergennes Lions Club have very generously donated their time to perform this yearly pickup. If you miss the pickup, you can bring your Christmas tree to the Transfer Station on Rte 7S in Middlebury for free until January 31st. Please remember this service is for trees only, no wreaths or garland. Please make sure trees are clean of all decorations.
