The weekly group "Coffee and Conversation" held at the Bristol Federated church have asked me to do a demo on what Sous Vide or Low Temperature cooking. We will go over the basics, operation of 2 different kinds of immersion circulators, a demonstration on how and why just 1 degree temperature can mean the difference between Delicious or horrible.
