Camp Hochelaga’s Leaders on the Lake is a weekend on the shores of Lake Champlain in South Hero, VT focused on supporting girls 10-17 in growing their leadership skills, exploring their interest in environmental science, and collaborating across differences all while having a blast at camp! Leaders on the Lake 2018 will include working together to build Camp Hochelaga’s new chicken coop, welcoming new chicks to camp, planting the Hochelaga garden, a visit to a nearby farm production, assessing the success of last year’s bat house project, leadership-inspiring games and challenges, dinner over the campfire, camp songs and a night in cozy camp cabins.
