Are you looking for a fun, affordable and family friendly event to deal with cabin fever? You can have a great time and benefit a wonderful local non-profit by participating in the Birdie Bash on Sunday January 28th!
The Birdie-Bash is a family-friendly fundraising event to benefit the youth served by Essex CHIPS. It will consist of 3 separate badminton mini-tournaments, which will award trophies to tournament winners and "Wild Card" trophies for a variety of outstanding achievements by players and teams: Team Spirit, Costuming, Team Dance, Enthusiasm, and more.
Each team will have 3 players. Each team will play 5-7 games according to the official Birdie-Bash rules.
The Birdie-Bash will be held January 28th at the Albert D. Lawton Intermediate School in Essex Junction from 10:00 am-3:00 pm. All proceeds will directly benefit the Essex Teen and Tween Center and our new Safe Place program.
