A yoga class for young children and the adults who love them. We will learn yoga poses through singing songs, playing games and telling stories, and introduce young children to the joy of movement. Class is focused on the child’s experience but adults are encouraged to join in, and to be present with their child. Every child is welcome to participate in their own way. For children 1 to 5 years old.
