What could be better than filling one’s stomachs with delicious, homemade food while showing support for a local organization? Green Mountain Kids (GMK) will hold their 3rd Annual Spaghetti Dinner & Family Fun night on Friday, January 24, 2014 from 5:30 – 8:30 p.m. at the Morrisville VFW. Tickets to the event costs $7.00 per adult, $5.00 for children up to age 12 or $20.00 per family of four. Admission price includes a spaghetti dinner with salad, rolls, dessert and coffee. Additionally, there will be an art show displaying work created by the GMK children which families are able to purchase that evening, access to arts & crafts tables for children during the evening and a family friendly karaoke dance party after the meal. There will also be a silent auction with a variety of prizes that have been generously donated from local businesses as well as raffles. All proceeds from the event will go directly to serving the children in the program.

Green Mountain Kids (GMK) is a licensed center based nonprofit collaborative that provides preschool, afterschool and vacation camp programs for kids ages 3-12 in Lamoille County. GMK is a 501(c)(3) organization that operates from tuition, grants and donations. GMK’s skilled teachers provide a high level of child care in a fun, safe, nurturing environment and offer developmentally appropriate activities that meet children’s educational and social emotional needs. Children are offered a variety of activities to explore including art, music, sports, imaginative play, outside adventures, free play and more!
