The film entitled "Making Opera," produced by the Canadian Opera Company, about the creation of their production of "La Forza del Destino" depicts the complex day to day process of staging a grand opera, staring Stefka Evstatieva, Judith Forst, Allan Monk, and Ernesto Veronelli, conducted by Maurizio Arena, received an award from the International Commission of Film and Video, and a Golden Hugo, which is awarded by the Chicago International Film Festival. The run time is 88 minutes. It should be a fascinating program.

It will be shown at the Jewish Community of Greater Stowe (JCOGS), 1189 Cape Cod Road in Stowe, at 2:00 pm on Sunday December 10.
