You are invited to an event that will bring out the child in everyone! The spirit of Christmas comes alive at the Middletown Springs Volunteer Fire Department! This event is fun for everyone. It doesn’t matter your age. You can’t help but smile and feel the Christmas cheer when Santa arrives at the firehouse. I sit back year after year smiling while watching little faces patiently awaiting Santa’s arrival. No matter your age, this event makes you feel young again. If you have not attended this event in the past, please come to see the children’s faces. It is truly the most wonderful time of the year!

Santa will arrive Saturday, December 2nd at approximately 9am. Santa visits with children outside the firehouse, and he makes his way to stage inside. Santa takes the time to go over every Christmas list. Each child will get their picture taken with Santa. Children and their families enjoy delicious pancakes and bacon. Everyone leaves with their reindeer food. Children cannot wait until Christmas Eve to sprinkle their reindeer food their yard. Santa’s reindeer will be well-nourished during their long night of delivering presents.

During the event, children get to put their letters to Santa in the special “Letters to Santa” mailbox. Each child receives a personalized letter from Santa approximately one week before Christmas. Again, if you have not experienced this event, please stop by the firehouse. The magic of Christmas will happen right in front of your eyes. I promise it will make one and all feel young again.
