On Sunday, December 3, Emily Joselson and Andy Nagy-Benson will host the twelfth, and final, COMMUNITY CONVERSATION — “Politics in the Pulpit.” A theologically diverse panel will explore clergy’s responses to the political issues of our time. We are grateful to the following panelists for their willingness to share their perspectives and to guide our conversation: Rev. Mary Kay Schueneman, Ph.D.; Pastor, 1st Congregational Church of Cornwall, UCC and Middlebury United Methodist Church; Rev. Luke Austin, Pastor, Assumption BVM & St. Bernadette-St. Genevieve Parishes; Pastor Tim Taylor, Pastor, Victory Baptist Church, Vergennes; Rev. Barnaby Feder, Minister, Champlain Valley Unitarian Universalist Society. Rev. Andrew Nagy-Benson, Pastor, The Congregational Church in Middlebury, will act as Moderator.
This month’s Community Conversation will take place from 4:00-5:30 at The Congregational Church of Middlebury (UCC), 2 Main Street. It’s free and open to the public. Please join us!
