Come help make tennis ball rope toys, tug toys, and catnip socks to support pets in need. We make these pet toys to give out to local food shelves to support keeping pets in their homes. These are very much appreciated by families and seniors who could use the extra support for their pets. Please bring gently used stray or mismatched socks for our catnip sock project. We will also be holding a pet food drive that day so either drop off pet food donations at the Essex Fire Station at 190 Sandhill Road where we will be holding the event or at Price Chopper in Essex Center or at AT and T in Williston or Petit Brook Vet Clinic. We need cat food especially at this time of year so please consider our four legged friends during this holiday season. Without community support Lucy's House will need to tell people we cannot meet all of the need for pet food during such a critical time.
