The holidays are a busy and often stressful time for most of us. It's easy for the body, mind and spirit to feel imbalanced or simply tired. This class will restore lost energy, nourish the nervous system, and increase immunity. Props such as blankets, bricks, belts, bolsters and chairs are used to comfortably sustain poses for several minutes at a time. A dedicated and experienced instructor, Ali will safely and lovingly guide and assist students of all levels through this practice.
