About fifteen years ago I sat with my teacher Louis Moyse and listened to a wonderful recording of the Bach Cellos Suites performed by Louis' brother-in-law Henri Honegger. It was a fall afternoon and the sunlight filtered through the golden leaves of a sugar maple tree and filled the room with a warm glow. But warmer still was the music we listened to!  Sitting in his favorite chair Louis looked at me and said, "You know, you never feel so much at home as you do listening to Bach!"
J.S. Bach's incredible mastery of the techniques of composition are unparalleled. His musical thoughts are profound and go straight to the heart.

Soprano Hyunah Yu returns with violinist Theodore Arm, cellist Edward Arron, pianist Jeewon Park, and flutist Karen Kevra to perform arias and chamber music of JS. Bach.
