Chocolatier, Hailey Cohn of Satori Foods is offering a Chocolate Making Workshop.
We will learn a bit about Theobroma Cacao (chocolate) and it's origins, uses, and benefits as well as drink a traditional cacao drink and create chocolate truffles.
