Free Saturday Morning Meditation at Balance Yoga

Begin your Saturday in a more centered, grounded place. Sit in the silent company of others, breathing mindfully and becoming more aware of the present moment. Meditation welcomes you -- no experience required. We meet weekly for 30 minutes, 8:15 - 8:45. Stay for yoga or head for home in a calmer state than when you arrived. We'd love to have you join us.
