South Hero Historical Society Announces its Fifth Annual Meeting Oct 27th 7PM Folsom School

We would like to invite you to our Fifth Annual South Hero Historical Society Meeting on Friday, Oct. 27, 2017 at the Folsom School starting at 7:00 pm. It is called “True Ghost Stories to Believe In.” Get your spook on and come and join us for a Halloween event featuring true stories of “ghostly interventions and happenings” here and abroad. Recalling ghostly events will be Erin Crowley Charles, Allison Crowley DeMag, Bret Corbin and one or two of our very own junior historians. Dress up in your Halloween finery and bring along your own stories or some you have heard of.

We will also be voting on SHHS positions for President and Treasurer for two year terms and a trustee for a three year term. It’s important that our board continues to change and have new members to promote diversity and a variety of opinions. Join us to celebrate our past successes and the start of our sixth year! We will have apple crisp, Halloween goodies, and drinks and fun for all!
