This will be a hands-on workshop introducing the delicious nutrient-rich wild foods and healing herbs of the fall. We will be tasting fresh roots and other locally harvested herbs and berries, and learning about their culinary uses and healing qualities. We will be sampling Aronia Berry, Hawthorne Berry, Valerian Root, Jerusalem Artichoke, Stinging Nettle Pesto, and more! We'll also take a short walk outside to discover some of the plant allies growing on the waterfront
