Joyfueled Sunday Retreats - Monthly Mini Retreats created exactly for YOU!
Joyfueled Sunday Retreats are a fine blend of Meditation, gentle Movement, Dance, Stillness and Mindfullness practices, Creating, Writing and Sharing.
Joyfueled Sunday Retreats help to:
*reduce your stress & anxiety
*move from struggle to ease
*shift your mindset from negative thoughts to positive thinking,
*be seen and heard by other women in a safe place and to gain acceptance for the person that you are in body, mind and spirit
*leave with inspiring exercises to continue your practice of self care at home.
