FALL FAMILY DAY FOR UNITED WAY THIS SATURDAY!
Madaila on the Mountain is a celebration of United Way of Addison County's 50 years of service and commitment to funding programs that enrich the lives of people who live and work in Addison County. This extraordinary premier event features nationally acclaimed pop band Madaila; celebrated local youth bands; food trucks; wine and craft beer courtesy of Two Brothers Tavern; kids activities; and many other surprises for all ages.
This ticketed, family-friendly event is a fundraiser for UWAC and kicks off the 50th anniversary endowment campaign. Read all about it in the Addison County Independent!
“We look back with gratitude to those who envisioned, established, sustained and grew this organization and those who rooted us in the ideals of community, collective action and mutual care.”--UWAC Executive Director Kate McGowan.
Fall foliage chair lift rides will be available, weather permitting, for $5/adults and $3/students, with proceeds benefiting the Middlebury College Snow Bowl. The ski shop will be open, and the Middlebury Ski Club will be there representing their awesome program.
