The United Church of Hinesburg, Missions and Social Justice Committee is gathering to prepare some mouth-watering favorites for you on Sunday Oct. 1. We will be creating tourtiere (a French-Canadian meat pie) and a yummy relish to be served on the side. These pies are easily frozen and would make great contributions to a Thanksgiving meal, a gift for a neighbor, or a ready made meal when you may not want to cook! Small pies (serving 2-3) are available for $8 each and larger pies (serving 6-8) are available for $20.
