Well, the response to our proposed French dinner has been overwhelming, as so many of you seem to remember fondly not only Chef Carole Fisher, chef/owner of Stowe's renowned "Mes Amis",but also her mentor, Chef Jean Lavina. Some of you even seem to remember me.

At any rate, the response has been so strong that we will be preparing our menu not once, but on three separate evenings: Friday, September 8; Saturday, September 9; and again on Saturday, September 23rd. We have room for 20 guests on each evening. Presently, we have only 2 seats left on the 9th; 8 seats on the 8th; and 8 seats on the 23rd. It is a 'prix fixe", 4-course dinner. The price is $60 per person, plus tax and tip. We invite you to BYOB.
