Join us at our annual Write4Rights Amnesty International Global Write-a-thon this coming Saturday December 7, 2013.

Drop in between 10 AM and 3 PM at THE LOVIN CUP CAFE in Johnson to write letters and cards to help free Prisoners of Conscience and protect individuals at risk of human rights abuses. A Prisoner of Conscience (POC) is a person who has not condoned or committed violence but is imprisoned, for example, for the expression of their beliefs, their religion, their sexual orientation, or for voicing concern for the human rights of others.

Our local Green Mountain Amnesty International chapter is hosting this event at the Lovin Cup in Johnson next Saturday.
