There are a number of events planned In celebration of Northeast Organic Farming Association's (NOFA) celebration of Agricultural Literacy Week. On Tuesday, November 19th at 7 pm Susan Adams will give a presentation about the Library's Extension Master Gardener program. On Wednesday November 20th at 7 pm there will be a Round Table discussion of "Tales of Farming" from local farming families. The Sullivan, Irish, Page, Lehouiller and Walker families will discuss stories of farming and history in Underhill and Jericho. On Friday, November 22nd at 7:00 pm we will finish up the week by showing a farming movie that exposes and discusses "America's most planted, most processed, most subsidized crop."
