The legal voters of Vergennes Union High School District No. 5, being the legal voters of the Towns of Addison, Ferrisburgh, Panton, and Waltham and the City of Vergennes, are hereby notified and warned to meet on Tuesday, December 10, 2013, at the times and places stated below, to vote by Australian Ballot upon the following articles of business:

Article 1:Shall the bonds of Vergennes Union High School District No. 5, a union high school district of Addison County, Vermont, in an amount not to exceed Two Million Eight Hundred Thousand Dollars ($2,800,000), be issued for the purpose of funding the cost of repairs and improvements to the kitchen/cafeteria, auditorium and other site improvements at the Vergennes Union High School, including the refinancing of the short term debt associated with the roof repair.
