The North Hero Parks and Recreation Committee is looking for volunteers who are interested in supporting opportunities and activities for North Hero residents..children and adults alike. We manage two town owned natural areas. We are in the process of making needed improvements at Camp Ingalls. We provide summer camp and swim lesson opportunities for children ages 3-13. We maintain a wonderful series of hiking trails. We sponsor a yearly dance series as well as a Senior Luncheon. We are the Green Up Day coordinators for the town of North Hero. We sponsor a summer Pickleball league. We meet on the first Tuesday of the month but usually not during March and April. If you think you might want to join our group, we will be meeting Tuesday, June 6 at 6pm at the town office. You are welcome to sit in on our meeting....just to see who we are and what we do.
