This workshop if FREE and open to everyone! Childcare is available upon request and is
limited. Deadline for childcare registration is Tuesday, May 30th.
Questions asked and answered:
- What does brain science tell us about behavior?
- Is what I am expecting realistic?
- How can I successfully affect my child’s behavior?
This interactive workshop explores behavior goals for children ages birth to 8 and strategies to help them grow through challenges and momentary crisis. We will explore how the brain relates to behavior and emotional regulation and discuss parenting styles and cultural expectations. You will gain practical examples to help children cultivate healthy emotional development and will use a sample roadmap to solve at least one behavior issue you would like to address.
This workshop is great for Parents and caregivers alike! 1.5 Training Hours available from Northern Lights Career Development Center for Providers!
