The Select Board will be meeting with the property owners of the old Woodbury store, Kirk Gallant and Kim Sample, to hear a report from the CVRPC Brownfields Committee on the status of the Phase 2 Study grant for the store property and to discuss/negotiate the Purchase and Sales Agreement for the property. Negotiation of the P&S may be held in executive session.
